Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

Pieces are listed in limited drops. The contract is concluded when your payment is accepted at checkout and you receive the order confirmation email. Because each piece is handmade, small differences in colour, glaze and size from the photos are a natural feature, not a defect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final [including VAT / the seller is not a VAT payer]. Shipping is shown before payment. Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

We ship within [3–5] working days after payment. Delivery times and prices are listed on the shipping and returns page.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Write to info@ceramistudio.com, then send the piece back undamaged within 14 days. We refund the price including the cheapest standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but we may wait until the piece is back. The cost of returning the piece is paid by you. Custom-made commissions cannot be returned.

6. Complaints (reklamácia)

You have a 24-month warranty for defects. If a piece arrives broken, send photos of the piece and the packaging to info@ceramistudio.com within [2] days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. We handle complaints within 30 days.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with how we handled a complaint, you can contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk) or use the EU online dispute platform.
