What we collect and why

When you order, we process your name, email, phone and delivery address to fulfil the contract and to issue invoices (legal obligation). Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which processes your card details under its own privacy policy. We share your address with our carrier only to deliver your parcel.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for 10 years as required by Slovak accounting law. Emails you send us for as long as needed to answer them.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Your basket is stored only in your own browser. Stripe uses necessary cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@ceramistudio.com. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).
