Every piece is wrapped in recycled paper and shipped tracked. We dispatch within [3–5] working days after your order.

Arrived broken?

It rarely happens, but ceramics are fragile. Send a photo of the piece and the box to info@ceramistudio.com within [2] days and we will replace or refund it.

Returns

You can return any piece within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first, then send it back well packed. Full details are in our terms of sale.
